In 1995, I started as a prosecutor in North Georgia.  For two years, I prosecuted DUI cases in the 4-County Enotah Judicial Circuit encompassing Lumpkin County, White County, Union County, and Towns County. My passion for Georgia's DUI laws began during my time working in North Georgia.  I learned how cases are handled differently in rural counties and use that experience to help my clients throughout North Georgia.

North Georgia also has a special place in my heart.  When I left the District Attorney's office, I promised myself that I would always take cases throughout the area.  I think it's important to recognize where I was trained and the judges, prosecutors, and police officers that took an interest in my early career.  When I go to court in North Georgia, I still see many of the same people I met more than 20 years ago.
