Evidence of Premeditation in Child’s Death Inside Sweltering Car

Posted by Richard Lawson | Jun 28, 2014 | 0 Comments

According to the warrant released yesterday, the man accused of killing his toddler by leaving him unattended in a hot vehicle researched child deaths inside vehicles before the incident.

Justin Harris of Marietta Georgia has allegedly told authorities that he had researched child deaths in automobiles out of concern that something like that could happen in his family.

This research, along with evidence that he checked on the car during lunch, makes me strongly believe that he is the twisted and evil murderer of his own baby.

Interestingly, Mr. Harris works in the field of information technology.  Surely he knew that his computer would be searched, and that looking at a person's website history is elementary.  In fact, his brazen use of his own computer for this research almost shows a desire to be caught and to have the notoriety of a famous killer.

Rightfully, as his family lays the child to rest this weekend, Harris remains in custody without bail.  These new allegations will likely cause the Cobb Count District Attorney to seek the death penalty for this horrific crime.

Like most people, this case simply stuns me.
