A Seventeen year-old from Forsyth County was killed Sunday morning around 1:00 AM in Dawsonville.
Paul Louis Castell, Jr., of Dawsonville, was a passenger in a 2011 Dodge truck that went off the road at Kelly Mill near Rockingham Run and struck a telephone pole.
Castell was ejected from the vehicle. He was in the back seat on the passenger side and was not wearing a seat belt. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The seventeen year-old driver of the truck, Adam Robert Joseph De Millo, also of Dawsonville, has been charged with DUI, first degree homicide by vehicle, and minor in possession of alcohol.
De Millo, along with two other passengers, were taken to North Fulton Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Upon his release from the hospital, De Millo was taken to the Forsyth Detention Center.
Police say the incident is still being investigated and more charges could be pending. He will need a top-rated Forsyth County DUI Lawyer.
