State v. F.H

The client was charged with DUI in Milton Georgia.  She was charged with DUI Under 21 Years of age. She was above the per se legal limit for a person under 21 but below the adult legal limit.  As a result, she was not actually impaired.  The prosecutor offered a reduction to reckless driving, but that outcome was not good enough because the client would have still lost her license as a result of being under the age of 21. So more was needed.  We secured a reset of the case for more than 8 months so that the client would turn 21.  After she turned 21 we entered into the reckless driving plea, and as a result, her drivers license was saved.
