Associate Attorney at Lawson & Berry:
Christina is a graduate of Emory School of Law, and she is an Atlanta native, dedicated to client-centered representation and justice for her clients. Her practice is focused on DUI Defense and Criminal Defense. She has already been well-reviewed by several clients.
After attending the University of Georgia and pursuing a degree in Journalism, Christina decided that practicing law would give her an opportunity to further her passion for justice and serving the community.
At Emory Law, Christina worked with various public interest organizations, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Atlanta Legal Aid Society under the Pro Bono Partnership Project. Christina also served as Vice-Justice of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and on the 2014 Class Gift Committee. These activities earned her the Dean's Public Service Award upon graduation.
Christina's criminal law career also began in law school. Under Georgia's Third-Year Practice Act, she interned at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office with the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit, and at the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office. After working avidly in prosecution, Christina realized that her true passion was with defending the rights of the accused and protecting people from the insurmountable power of the State.
Since receiving her license, Christina has defended various felony and misdemeanor cases, including aggravated assault, theft, child molestation, drug charges, minor in possession of alcohol, DUI, and traffic offenses. She has practiced almost exclusively criminal law in her career, and has served clients spanning from Macon to Columbus, Atlanta, Athens, and throughout North Georgia.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys yoga, camping, and watching Georgia Football with her fiancé, Taylor.
