My son was arrested recently for DUI. Whereas he failed the sobriety test in the field (not admissible), a follow-up sobriety test (admissible) was never conducted. Mr. Lawson's keen legal eye and knowledge identified this discrepancy and lack of following proper procedure and used it to convince the court to reduce the charge to reckless driving. His action saved my son's driver's license from suspension and having a DUI permanently on his record.
