State v. D.H

The client was charged originally with DUI in Atlanta Georgia.  The client had several prior DUI offenses, so the case could not be successfully negotiated in the City of Atlanta Municipal Court. We bound the case over to the State Court of Fulton County.  So, it was not a DUI in Fulton County Georgia.

Multiple attempts were made at settling the case in Fulton County without success.  So as a result, I prepared for trial.  Because of the trial preparation and persistence, eventually the prosecutor agreed to a reduction to reckless driving.  It saved the client's job, his drivers license, and his freedom.
