State v ERL

The client was arrested for DUI after being stopped for swerving across the roadway. The evidence against him was significant. The charge was the client's 6th DUI arrest. He also had several prior offenses for driving on a suspended license. After a short jail sentence, he was allowed to enter a substance abuse treatment program and avoid additional time in jail upon completion of treatment.  Also, the treatment center provided opportunities to complete the community service requirement of the sentence.
