The client was charged with possession less than one ounce. Charges were dismissed after a motion hearing challenging the officer's stop of his vehicle. Officer did not have reason to stop a vehicle after observing him stop and pick up a pedestrian on the side of the road who was believed to be a prostitute. It turned out the passenger was not in fact a prostitute but a friend waiting for him.
