State v. J.C
Client was a second time DUI arrest in North Georgia, with a roll-over wreck. Â The case was investigated by the Georgia State Patrol where blood work was taken. Â The blood work showed the client below the legal limit in Georgia, however the blood was draw more than 5 hours after the near-fatal accident. Â The result of the blood test could be extrapolated back to show a blood alcohol level great than .08. Â Even with the accident and the high extrapolated blood test result, and the second lifetime DUI arrest, the case was reduced to reckless driving with no jail time. Â The client was thrilled.
