State v. J.W

The client is a retired military officer who works as a defense contractor. He hold a top-secret security clearance. A DUI conviction would have caused him to lose his top-secret clearance and therefore his job. The case was in Whitfield County Georgia. The arresting officer was extremely opposed to a reduction to reckless driving. Nevertheless, the case was invested and defenses were found. The client's case was reduced to reckless driving. The client paid a fine only and received no probation. After payment of a small fine, the client was released.  This saved his job at the United State Department of Defense. Clear, he was thrilled and posted the following review of my office.
