The client was charged with DUI in connection with a serious accident. A state blood test was taken by warrant which showed a B.A.C. almost three time the legal limit. The client served absolutely no jail time and we were able to keep him driving. Most importantly, he was not charged with the more serious felony charges in association with injuries incurred by the other driver involved in the accident.Â
