State v. R.R.
The client was charged with DUI in Duluth Georgia. He was below the per se legal limit of .08, but he also admitted to consuming prescription drugs.  As a result, he was charged with being under the influences of alcohol combined with drugs.  Prescription drug DUI in Georgia is becoming more and more prevalent in the past few years.  Nevertheless, since there was no actual drug test, through blood or urine, the actual level of impairment of the drugs could not be determined.  The client's case was reduced to reckless driving, thereby saving his executive job.
