State v. RB
The client was charged with DUI and two counts of DUI Child Endangerment. Because the child endangerment counts in addition to the underlying DUI charge would have meant 3 mandatory suspendable offenses within a 5 year period, the client would have been declared an habitual violator has she been convicted of all charges and had her license revoked for a 5 year period. The child endangerment charges were dismissed after successful negotiations with the prosecutor and the client was able to keep her driving privileges.
