The short answer is that a Georgia DUI Lawyer cannot predict the outcome of a case until it is thoroughly investigated.
When someone calls my office, he or she are naturally concerned about what will happen to them. Many people, in fact, cannot sleep or eat because of the anxiety they are facing after their arrest.
Naturally, people want to know what is going to happen to them. It would be easy to simply tell people what they want to hear, but it would also be dishonest.
No one can predict the outcome of a case until they have read the incident report, watched the arrest video, and have spoken to both the prosecutor and the arresting officer. Any “prediction” without properly reviewing a case is mere speculation and is of no value whatsoever.
Interestingly, many lawyers will still tell potential clients what they want to hear to get retained. Our office will never lie to a potential client to get retained. I am aware that this policy means fewer people will hire us. However, the reason we are the top-rated DUI Defense practice in Georgia is that we are honest from the initial call to the closing of your case.
Our job is to get the best possible outcome for all of our clients. The best possible outcome does not mean, however, a particular outcome. Clients need to have an open mind as to what needs to be done in their case. Again, our advice will be the result of a full investigation of the case, not mere speculation.
Trust is the Key Ingredient:
As we have stated in other articles, clients need to trust that we are working in their best interest. Our loyalty is to you and your case. It is not to be congenital or to make friends with the prosecutors or the judges. The Best Georgia DUI Defense is here; call now.
