Everyone Take a Deep Breath

The Election is over.  If your candidate won, congratulations.  If your candidate did not win, remember that our country is bigger than any one president.  Our founders put into place checks and balances that prevent any one person from ruling over us.

Also, most of the government we interact with is at the state and local level.  A president cannot change the laws of your home state or in your local community. Our Federal system of independent states is part of the genius of our founders.  

Today, we wake up to a new president but not to a new country.  Everyone needs to relax and know that we will all survive the so-called most important election of our lifetime, until the next "most important election."
