Georgia courts have different procedures

Posted by Richard Lawson | Oct 27, 2013 | 0 Comments

One of the most frustrating things for people is the fact that every court in Georgia seems to have their own way of doing things.  With the advent of the Uniform Rules of Superior Court, all courts were supposed to comply with the new rules.  Of course, that was great in theory.  However in practice, nothing could be further from the truth.

The reality is that smaller courts and jurisdictions still have their own way of handling cases and procedures.  That is why it is so important to have an attorney that understands how each court handles DUI cases.  This is especially true in North Georgia.  A North Georgia DUI Lawyer understands what it takes to get the best possible result in your case.

I started my career as a DUI Prosecutor in North Georgia.  I understand how the court system works and will work hard to use that experience to your advantage. For more than 20 years I have exclusively handled  DUI cases.

If you have been arrested for DUI in North Georgia, you only have 30 days to protect your rights and your driver's license.  Call now.
