Georgia DUI Information

The purpose of this website and the blog is to provide readers the most up to date Georgia DUI Information and updates on Georgia DUI Law and Georgia DUI Cases. The Georgia DUI Information on this website is updated on a daily basis.

With the Georgia DUI Information on the website, I will also provide my opinion and analysis.  The facts and the law are found in the practice areas section and the county and city pages. There are no opinions in those sections. I will present the facts and the DUI Law in Georgia on those pages.

The opinion is found on the Georgia DUI Information Blog. Readers are free to post constructive responses on the blog. Constructive means anything that adds to the discussion and does not attack anyone personally. Feel free to disagree with me and debate my opinions. The forum is 100% open as long as there are no personal attacks or snipes.

My ultimate goal is to provide the reader with information on Georgia DUI cases and information on Georgia DUI Laws and Georgia DUI procedures. The Georgia DUI Process means the manner in which your Georgia DUI Case will proceed through the court system.

In the coming weeks and months I will cover areas of topics ranging from arrest procedure to how I became an Atlanta DUI Lawyer.  I will also discuss my background as a North Georgia DUI Lawyer. I hope readers will post comments and have a constructive conversation. As an Atlanta DUI Attorney I have seen just about every possible combination of facts and circumstances in Atlanta DUI cases, and I am happy to provide you my perspective and the benefit of my experience.

If you respond to a blog post with a comment or question, I will make every attempt to answer your question within 24 hours.  Check back to see the answer and even follow-up with another comment or question. I look forward to the discussion.

Thank you again for taking part in the discussion.  If you have been arrested for DUI in Georgia, contact my office 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Read our reviews on AVVO.  We are the top-rated and most reviewed law office in Georgia.
