On Monday, 2 agents from the Cherokee Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad found Terry Spriggs, a man wanted for possession of meth and cocaine, at a family member's home in Canton, Georgia.
When the agents tried to arrest Spriggs, he took off over Marietta Highway and jumped into the Etowah River.
Spriggs held onto a log and started floating downstream, until officers could no longer see him.
Police and other agencies such as the Georgia State Police are still looking for Spriggs and ask if anyone has any information on where he might be, to call 911.
