According to the State Bar of Georgia, most client complaints against their attorney boil down to one thing, poor customer service. At our office, we strive to provide excellent customer service. No office is perfect. Georgia DUI Attorneys are human beings. We all make mistakes and have bad days. That being said, our core values are to exceed both our client's expectations and the standard of customer care in the legal industry.
Returning Phone Calls:
We strive to return all phone calls received before 3 p.m. on the same day and for any call received thereafter, we will return the call the next day.
We will respond to your email the same day if it is received during regular Business hours. Otherwise, we will respond the next day.
Text messages can be a problem for attorneys because they can interrupt court or appointments with others. Thus, we try to respond to all text messages the same day. Otherwise, we may call you to answer your question. Sometimes a short phone call is more efficient than responding to multiple text messages.
Resetting Court Dates:
Sometimes we are forced to move a court date because the case is not ready to proceed. Other times, our clients need a continuance for their own personal or professional reasons. If we can help with a reset of the court date, we are happy to help. We will do our best to limit the disruption to your life.
Sharing the Evidence:
Your file belongs to you, period. We will always share a copy of the file and the video with any of our clients.
Post Representation Help:
We do not go away after the case is closed. We encourage our clients to call us with any additional questions or concerns.
We focus our practice on Georgia DUI Defense and Georgia Criminal Defense. If a client needs help with some other legal matter, we may know a colleague that can help. Call us for a referral.
These simple rules have become the culture at our office. We will do our best to meet and then exceed your expectations.
