State v. C.H.

The client was charged with DUI and refused to submit to testing.  As a result, she would be facing a 12 month hard license suspension and potential jail time.  The case was a DUI in Dekalb County Georgia.  After meeting with the arresting officer, the refusal was lifted.  As a result, the client's drivers license was immediately restored. After the case was negotiated to a  minimum sentence. The jail-time was waived and the client qualified for a restricted license after court.
