I spoke to a potential client today that told me a competitor promised him what I determined to be an unreasonable expectation.
We go into every case with the idea of finding both legal and factual defenses. However, it is impossible to determine what defenses we may find until we complete a full investigation of the case.
To be clear, no attorney can predict the outcome of your case without first reviewing the incident report, watching the video, looking into the repair records of the Intoxilyzer used in the case, speaking to the prosecutor, filing appropriate motions, and then making their best presentation in court.
No attorney is right for every case, including the Georgia DUI Attorneys at our firm. That being said, never hire someone that promises an outcome on a case for which they have no basis to even form an opinion. We get calls all the time from people who have suffered increased Georgia DUI Penalties because they made the wrong decision insofar as their attorney is concerned.
Choosing an attorney is a personal endeavor. There are no metrics that can make the decision obvious. We suggest you read some reviews and then interview a few lawyers. Chose the one that makes you feel that he or she cares about your case and has mastery in the area of law that applies to your case. Good luck.
