State v. M.P.

The client was arrested for a third DUI and was facing 60 days in jail. There were no apparent defenses to the case and it then became a damage control operation. The key was the find a way for the client to move on with his life with the least amount of consequences. The client did community service, DUI School, counseling, and anything more the court would have required in his case, and did everything before coming to court. The result was a three-day jail sentence and the client served 1.75 actual days in jail and was very pleased.
